Computer Aided Design (CAD)

Dimensional Management

DIMENSIONAL MANAGEMENT is an engineering methodology used to improve quality and reduce cost through controlled variation and robust design.
The objective of dimensional management is to create a design and process that “absorbs” as much variation as possible without affecting the function of the product.

DEISS can provide Dimensional Management professionals at all stages of the process to ensure robust design. 

CAE

During the development process, design and engineering projects benefit from an accurate prediction of product performance to ensure that the final product meets the required functional and durability requirements. 

DEISS utilise the latest CAE tools early in the design process in order to ‘design in’ product durability and robustness.

Physical product testing is used only as a final verification.

DEISS can provide predictive analysis through our partnerships with a number of CAE providers.
